Purpose of the On-the-Job Training Coach/Mentor Program
The primary goal of the OJT/Mentor program is to prepare tenured employees to become effective coaches/mentors in a consistent manner that is aligned with the Company handbook, policies and procedures. The OJTCoach/Mentor training course is designed and structured to be easily utilized in the areas of technical training and employee development.
